We all lead such busy lives these days, it is difficult to find some time to look after ourselves. However if we don’t take care of ourselves first, we can’t serve others, we become inefficient and unable to work to our best abilities.
Based on this knowledge we decided to start offering yoga in the workplace, allowing companies to offer a stress busting technique.
